Q. How long before the guarantee expires?

A. 6 months from ship date.

Q. Why does DMSO Rose Cream turn white and foam when I apply it?

DMSO Rose Cream has a small amount of hydrogen peroxide. It is basically killing germs and harmful bacteria. The more it foams the more pathogens it is killing.

Q. How do you know if oxygen is actually reaching the cells?

Research Reference: In a small study conducted at Martin Microscope by James D. Aker (February 2, 1998), Stabilized oxygen was given to test subjects sublingually. The product was tagged with a radioactive isotope of iodine which has an affinity only for free, bio-available oxygen. This isotope will not bond to molecules containing oxygen, only free-oxygen. Within 90 seconds after taking the product, all the subjects demonstrated the presence of free oxygen tagged by this isotope in the blood stream indicating that liquid stabilized oxygen does contain free oxygen and that this oxygen can be absorbed into the blood stream sublingually.

Q. Do I use this therapy ongoing or do I just use it one time?

A. Our therapy is not a cure all. Our hope is that you will only need to complete the therapy one time to severely kill much of the virus or all of the virus. Some of our customers report relief from outbreaks for over a year and than have a reoccurrence. In this case we get repeat orders. The therapy has the ability to provide relief for extended periods of time.

Q. Will this therapy interact with other drugs?

A.There have been no reports of adverse drug interactions, however we highly recommend consulting your physician if you have any concerns.

Q. Are there any side effects?

A. People report a slight warming sensation after applying DMSO Rose Cream. If applied directly to an outbreak, sensitivity may be heightened. Some people report a slight garlic like taste in the mouth, this is normal as the DMSO is absorbed through the skin. No other side effects have been reported.

Q. What if I have an outbreak during the therapy?

We have had instances of some of our customers having outbreaks after beginning the therapy. Do not be discouraged. In these cases we strongly recommend you continue taking the 02 plus and applying the DMSO cream. It seems some outbreaks may be triggered by the detoxification process caused by the increased oxygen. This primarily happens to people who have a history of frequent outbreaks and poor immune function. Stick with the program and results will improve.

Q. Will my personal information be shared in anyway, shape or form?

A. No, absolutely not. Your privacy is protected and we never share information for any reason. We will never send an unsolicited email.

Q. If this is such a great breakthrough how come I haven't heard about it?

A. Major drug companies that have influence in the Journal of American Medicine and The Federal Drug Administration stand to loose a lot of money if inexpensive over the counter treatments become available to their paying customers. Nova Natural Therapies is only part of a handful of companies who are advocating such treatments. However our company is very small and our marketing is limited. In a few years time you can be sure more people will be finding out. One of the strongest tools we have is word of mouth.

Q. Can I use O2 Plus™ and DMSO Rose Cream even if I already have on outbreak?

A. Yes, you can apply DMSO Rose Cream directly on the infected area. Recovery time will be shortened dramatically. Than continue with the treatment as normal.

Q. Do any physicians recommend, endorse, or sell your product?

A. We are a new company and gaining endorsements at this time. However since one of our products DMSO Rose Cream contains DMSO (a.k.a. dimethylsulfoxide) which is an ingredient of some debate (see DMSO disclaimer) The process has been slow. Basically, if we had a large enough budget to pay certain doctors enough they would endorse it, however it would significantly increase the cost of our therapy. We are slowly building support for our therapy and trying to keep our costs down. Many physicians around the world prescribe DMSO to treat herpes. We have improved on this by formulating a more effective combination.

Q. Why is it not FDA approved?

A. The FDA does not approve food supplements or natural therapies as having any medicinal benefits. Next time you are in a health food store notice the labels on the products, you may be surprised.

Why can't I use this therapy if I am pregnant or nursing?

A. O2 Plus is safe to use while pregnant or nursing however DMSO Rose Cream contains DMSO which may affect the taste of breast milk.
