Before you start

For the therapy to be completely effective it is important for you to prepare your body for what we call the "Toxin /Oxygen Exchange". This simply means that your body needs to be efficient at absorbing the oxygen while at the same time have the capacity to expel toxins so that they are not reabsorbed into the bloodstream. Dosage and Indications

I) After you established a healthy "Toxin /Oxygen Exchange" you may begin by spraying O2 Plus™ once ( 1 pump = 5 drops) 3 times a day directly into the mouth and allow it to dissolve for 30 seconds, you may then swallow. Remarkably O2 Plus™ is very palatable and tastes slightly salty. Best taken on an empty stomach. You should increase the dosage by 1 pump per day till you reach 5 - 7 pumps, 3 times a day. If you prefer, you can mix O2 Plus™ with a little water. O2 Plus™ should be introduced into your system slowly. More is not better in this case. You want to gradually acclimate your system to the added oxygen. Some people who begin high dosages immediately report very slight nausea that goes away as the body acclimates. O2 Plus™ itself does not cause these side effects, but an "overload" of dead pathogens in our system can.
