DMSO Disclaimer
DMSO Rose Cream contains DMSO
(a.k.a. dimethylsulfoxide) made from wood pulp. It has been
used safely and very effectively for many decades around the
globe and in the US to treat a host of conditions from cancer,
arteriosclerosis, Parkinson's disease, multiple sclerosis,
arthritis and herpes with great results according to users.
It has also been used widely in sports medicine to aid in
healing. DMSO also relieves the pain of minor burns. If applied
soon after the burn happens it will decrease the tissue damage
being suffered. DMSO speeds all healing, approximately doubling
or tripling all healing responses and has been clinically
proven to reduce virus levels dramatically.

As it stands legally today: if DMSO
is prescribed by a doctor in Florida, Louisiana, Montana,
Nevada, Oklahoma, Oregon, Texas and Washington it is okay
for human use. If it is not prescribed by a doctor, it is
considered a solvent and must be represented as such - the
FDA says it may be unsafe for human use and people wishing
to use it for personal reasons do so under there own risk.
Nova Natural Therapies does not intend to mislead or make
any medical claims regarding DMSO, it only provides information
for educational purposes only. This is not the age of medical
enlightenment. In spite of the legalities, DMSO is safer than
aspirin. So at the time being, we have to inform you of what
the FDA has to say about DMSO. We hope you challenge this
double standard and reap the benefits of this amazing substance.
Many legislative battles have been
fought to bypass the FDA and legalize DMSO for human use.
Sen. Mark Hatfield of Oregon and Rep. Wendell Wyatt, also
of Oregon, both have introduced bills into the US Senate and
the US House of Representatives, respectively, to legalize
DMSO. Since these bills were introduced, the FDA has been
under legislative investigation of its regulatory procedures.
Some state legislatures have legalized the prescribing of
DMSO, effectively bypassing the FDA. These states are Florida,
Louisiana, Montana, Nevada, Oklahoma, Oregon, Texas and Washington.
